Infosys Expands Australian Presence With The Missing Link Acquisition

The move will strengthen Bengaluru-based Infosys’ cybersecurity capabilities once the deal closes in 2026.

Infosys, a digital services and consulting company headquartered in Bengaluru, announced its acquisition of The Missing Link, a Sydney-based IT firm specializing in cybersecurity and cloud services. The merger will help advance Infosys’ cybersecurity capabilities and expand the company’s presence within the Australian market.

The Missing Link’s cybersecurity practice equips enterprise clients with solutions to help protect their networks, secure their assets and equip their workforces with the tools for mitigating cyber attacks. Its offerings include advisory services, offensive and defensive security support, cybersecurity risk assessments and compliance.

Serving clients across more than 56 countries, Infosys works to help businesses navigate the cloud- and AI-centered digital transformation process. Its merger with The Missing Link is slated to close in the first quarter of 2026. Upon closing, Infosys will integrate The Missing Link’s staff of cybersecurity professionals into its team of over 300,000 individuals.
