It’s fostered an entrepreneurial domestic tech community, which at one point generated over $30 billion for the local economy. As a result, Bangalore is one of the fastest-growing metros and attracting top tech talent tech. 

Companies like Infosys and Wipro, which are based in Bangalore, have been successful in establishing a local tech community. They also paved the way for many tech giants to establish regional offices and expand their presence in the Silicon Valley of India. Below are some of the top multinational companies in Bangalore.

Real estate firm Opendoor works with both sellers and buyers to streamline property transactions. More than 85,000 customers have used Opendoor’s services to handle their real estate decisions since its founding in 2014. Headquartered in San Francisco, the company now has offices across the United States and in several locations in Bangalore where it’s hiring for many technical roles.

 

Microsoft is another tech behemoth in Bangalore, with products for enterprise businesses and consumers ranging from gaming consoles to cloud services. Microsoft is also taking a leading role in AI development after investing in OpenAI and developing its own GenAI platform. 

 

Atlassian offers software solutions designed to simplify collaboration across teams, such as software development and IT operations. Its products include work management tools Jira and Trello, Statuspage for enabling real-time incident communications and the code management tool Bitbucket.
