Perfios, a B2B SaaS company headquartered in Bengaluru, announced its acquisition of IHX, a healthcare information exchange solution. Perfios provides banking, financial services and insurance customers with software to streamline origination, onboarding, decisioning, underwriting and monitoring processes at scale.
IHX connects healthcare providers and payers, working to enable real-time digital claims processing across the ecosystem. The company works with 30,000 hospitals throughout India and over 30 payers to facilitate digital integration across the healthcare and health insurance markets.
The acquisition enables Perfios to combine its health data insights with IHX’s broad ecosystem reach. Perfios’ goal is to modernize the healthcare claims landscape, helping improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time for patients and providers alike.
