Manage and maintain network infrastructure including Cisco devices, Security Products, Public Cloud services, and VPN technologies. Participate in planning and implementing new cloud environments and resources. Continuously analyze infrastructure for improvements and implement best practices for disaster recovery. Work with vendors and third-party teams to evaluate products and services. Engage with Cloud Services and Corporate IT for support escalation and problem resolution.
