The Certifier II at CSA Group independently manages certification projects ensuring compliance with safety requirements, delivers projects within deadlines, reviews test data, supports clients, and performs testing in accordance with established guidelines. They also participate in continuous improvement projects, research standards, and make recommendations for laboratory safety and capability expansion.

Assumes total responsibility for project completion within negotiated time and cost schedules, conducts test analysis and compliance evaluation, selects tests for certification, communicates with clients, mentors junior staff, maintains lab equipment, and assists in standards development and equipment maintenance.

Product Safety Certifier II responsible for independently managing certification projects, evaluating products against national/international standards, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Provides technical briefings, authorizes CSA Mark application, prepares testing documentation, reviews test data, and liaises with customers to ensure standards are met.
