Provide Tier 1 cloud support for servers, networking equipment, and Zadara cloud resources. Track and resolve issues, provide feedback to customers, escalate issues as needed, and maintain relationships with customers. Work closely with senior members of Support, DevOps, and Engineering teams. Must have English fluency, 1-3 years of Linux administration experience, understanding of network concepts, ITIL V3 knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

As a Cloud Operations Engineer at Zadara, you will be responsible for supporting infrastructure for on-premises and cloud deployments, troubleshooting issues, configuring servers and networking equipment, and maintaining relationships with customers. Must-have skills include Linux administration, Networking Administration, and knowledge of storage technologies. Nice-to-have skills include experience with cloud services, VMware Administration, and configuration management systems.
