Job Description

Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to lead and optimize our IT ecosystem, focusing on advanced storage, server, virtualization, and networking technologies. The successful candidate will bring a strong expertise in cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP, along with a proven track record of implementing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions, including disaster recovery capabilities. You will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and modernization of our IT infrastructure including GCP, AWS platforms ensuring high availability and performance across the organization. Knowledge of Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Key Management, Access Controls and Security Protocols, Network routing, Firewalls, ACL's, cloud IaaS components on GCP· Develop enterprise cloud guidelines and automation. · Design and Implement IaaS and PaaS solutions.· Automate provisioning of networks and access (Organization, Routes/Firewalls, IAM, Policy). Key Skills and Experience Requirements:· 10-15 years of Experience in Infrastructure Management Services On-prem and Public Cloud· Strong knowledge on HPE Green-lake Solutions and extremely good in analyzing Infrastructure environment using various tools such as Cloud Physics and Dell Live Optics.· Design and manage storage solutions, including Block, Object, NAS, and SAN technologies.· Deployment and management of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Nutanix.· Deep understanding of network architecture, virtualization, storage solutions, and security best practices.· Implementation experience with identity management and networking segmentation in GCP & AWS across multiple VPC networks and multiple projects·· Experience leading large-scale application and network migrations to GCP & AWS (i.e. Cloud Load Balancing, DNS, CDN, EKS,GKE, Networking, Storage, Database, DR, Security, Monitoring, etc.)· Experience on IaC tool like Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, CFT, Google Cloud Deployment Manager· Experience on DevOps tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker· Experience with establishing technical strategy and architecture at an enterprise level·· Experience in scalable networking design including high availability, redundancy, fail-over and load balancing.· Hands-on experience with one or more third-party networking products.· Understanding of On-Prem data center IT infrastructure· Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP/S etc.· Understanding of network security design including segmentation, encryption, logging and monitoring.· Understanding network topologies, load balancing and segmentation· Assessment and demonstration of new technologies; capacity planning; performance tuning·· Experience leading AWS & GCP Cloud project delivery, i.e. responsible for: Project deliverables, Technical and architecture oversight, Project delivery approach.· Delivery performance - working with delivery and Project Management teams· Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills· Experience leading and working with diverse geographically distributed teamsJob Description· Proficient Cloud adviser to customers and solve complex IT Infrastructure (Cloud and OnPrem) and Networking challenges.· Lead requirements gathering, analysis and solution development for GCP & AWS cloud-based solutions.· Architect, design and implement plans for deploying complex application workloads on GCP & AWS· Architect highly available, backup, and disaster recovery solutions in GCP & AWS· Collaborate with project teams, functional architects, systems specialists, and other technical resources to develop customer solutions.· Design and support migration strategies for storage, server, virtualization, and network technologies.· Implement and maintain backup solutions using Commvault, NetBackup, and Veeam to ensure data integrity and availability.· Manage the implementation and migration of virtualized environments, including V2V, V2P, and P2V transformations.· Lead Cloud projects in a hands-on role driving AWS & GCP cloud migration/adoption from inception to production.· Designing DevOps solutions in GCP & AWS Cloud.· Designing & Implementing Generative-AI related Solutions in GCP & AWS Cloud.· Mentor and provide technical oversight and guidance to implementation teams while working in a coordinated manner to deliver and deploy the designed architecture.· Provide AWS & GCP technical expertise for POCs, drafting RFP responses, SOW creation etc.· Support Pre-sales life cycle and consulting engagement process.· Provide Cloud thought leadership through publications and speaking engagements as needed.· Create reference architectures, pre-sales, and technical collateral.· Be part of Center of excellence for Cloud team to participate in next generation initiativesPreferred certification (if Any): · Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect or experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)· AWS Certified Solutions Architect & AWS Certified DevOps Engineer· VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or similar.· HashiCorp Certified: Terraform AssociateGood to have skills: · Exposure to Azure Cloud Infrastructure & Oracle Cloud (OCI)
