Job Description

Job Description for MEBM: 

• Support activities for Production System Efficiency (PSE) such as Manufacturing Engineering Shop Floor Scheduling Harmonize, and support ME process, methods, and documentation.
• Harmonize & Optimize way of working with engineering and ME community Ensure Manufacturing competence and learning management Support change management.
• Defines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members
• Solid experience in Industrial Plant operations & Manufacturing assembly 
• Monitors external business trends to better challenge the business requirements.
• Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.
• Experience on FAL
• Familiar with Airbus Business Process and Airbus Process & Methods
• V&V Strategy capabilities, Functional approach
• Meet the needs of internal and external customers, through documenting, understanding and prioritizing customer requirements.
• Ready to work in any Aerospace technologies (Technical authoring, & Tool Support).
• Collect the Business requirement from different tool
• Do the UAT [User acceptance Test] based on requirement.
• Identify the improvement in TD authoring tool [WISE] and communicate to focal
• Flexible enough and deliver the quality output as per Client requirement.
• Be able to collaborate effectively with multi-Functional teams

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and at least 3-6 years of Product engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience is required.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge on Gsuite, Gworkspace, Pass SSCI, Service now, JIRA, Taksy, Gilda, Airina, Confluence
• 3+ years in detailed Production workflow study and design.
• 4+ years of competency in any 2 of the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Assembly Process, Production Preparation Process (3P), Time Study, Factory workflow, Project Management, DELMIA 3DX software modules.

Good to have:

• Exposure in Aerospace industry is a plus (Airbus)
• Airbus certification for A350 VPM and Pass SSCI
• Exposure to operations, Quality Control, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software and Virtual simulation software 3DX- Catia, Delmia
• Change and release process, experience in Product lifecycle management.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

B.E Mechanical Engineering.
