What will you do?

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be part of a team of enthusiastic Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists who are located in India. We now want to build a team in India who will be handling our Scoped Applications in our own ServiceNow environment. This job will be based in our office in Bangalore.

In this role you’ll work on internal projects that are focused on delivering maximum value to our internal organization. Depending on the project, you will work on defining business cases and actively implementing a platform that will automate our internal processes via innovative, custom scoped platform applications. Therefore, it is crucial that you are both IT- and business-oriented, since this position requires you to connect to both worlds.

To do your job with the required quality, we will provide you with continuous training and coaching to ensure you gain the necessary skills in the area of Platform-as-a-Service. In this role as a Senior Technical Consultant you will be involved in the following tasks/responsibilities:

• Implement multiple functionalities of ServiceNow into our internal instance.
• Come up with technical solutions for internal business cases.
• Safeguard technical implementation quality based on prescribed designs.
• Build solution designs in line with implementation best practices of ServiceNow and internal Plat4mation implementation guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs.

We ask

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or Information Technology
• At least 3 years’ work experience in ServiceNow as a Technical Consultant
• Extensive experience with developing scoped apps within ServiceNow
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills and result-driven
• Creative mind and a problem-solving way of working
• Passionate about technology
• Living in or willing to move to Bangalore, India
