About the role:

We’re looking for an Account executive with a proven record of building exceptional relationships and smashing goals. You’ll be selling to the crème de la crème of B2B startups (think cutting-edge, industry-leading companies), and working directly with co-founder Mike Molinet, who also co-founded Branch Metrics. This is your chance to not just sell but to craft deals that shape the future. Based in our India office, you'll collaborate closely with our product, support, and engineering teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Close deals with the most exciting startups in the U.S.
  • Transform inbound leads and referrals into long-term partnerships.
  • Hustle, grind, and crush your quota- no excuses, just results.
  • Be the face of Thena- building trust, fostering relationships, and driving momentum like an expert.
  • Collaborate with the best: product innovators, engineers, and support experts.

Who you are:

  • You’ve got 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience- with a proven track record of attaining quarterly quotas.
  • Fluent in English? Check. Writing like a boss? Double-check.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • You’re ready to take on U.S. hours because you’re driven by a bigger mission than just the 9-to-5.
  • You approach everything with the mindset of a winner.
