💡 The Role

We’re hiring an Account Executive to own the top of the sales funnel and drive early-stage customer relationships.

You’ll play a key role in building Metaforms’ revenue engine — prospecting, booking demos, and qualifying opportunities. This is a high-impact role where your work directly contributes to the company’s growth trajectory.

🔨 What You’ll Do
  • Own outbound lead generation via LinkedIn and targeted email campaigns

  • Consistently book 5+ qualified demos per week

  • Respond to inbound interest and run early-stage discovery/demo calls

  • Drive prospects through the early sales cycle until handoff to pilots or later stages

  • Collaborate with product and sales leadership to identify upsell and expansion opportunities

  • Track activities, pipeline progress, and learnings in the CRM to refine processes

🧑‍💻 What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

  • 1+ year experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup (SDR, AE, or similar role)

  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and demo booking

  • Comfortable running early discovery conversations and progressing deals forward

  • Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, concise, and persuasive

Bonus Points

  • Experience in product-led or sales-assisted sales motions

  • Background selling into research, data, or AI-related markets

  • Highly motivated by targets, ownership, and startup growth environments
