Position Summary

Account Manager - Ad Monetization 

Join the InMobi Consumer Platform (ICP) Programmatic Delivery team to drive programmatic monetization efforts for InMobi and Glance O&O properties. This role requires managing demand partners, optimizing revenue through data-driven insights, and collaborating across teams to meet both short- and long-term revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Partner Management: Drive onboarding and ensure customer success for demand partners. Act as the liaison between demand partners and internal teams to impact revenue goals.
  • Revenue Optimization: Conduct end-to-end bidder analysis to optimize unit metrics. Analyze revenue data to identify actionable insights and recommend improvements. Monitor and adjust daily price optimization, bidder mix, and discrepancies.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work with monetization teams to enhance revenue performance through deep metric analysis. Proactively recommend tests and initiatives to improve key metrics. Serve as the central POC for bidder queries from internal teams (finance, strategy, product, engineering, legal).
  • Compliance and Operational Support: Ensure bidders meet compliance requirements (finance, payments, legal).

What do we require from you

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology (B.Tech/B.E.).
  • 3+ years in customer success/account management with at least 1 year in AdTech
  • Basic Excel (advanced Excel and SQL preferred).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Ownership mindset toward revenue goals.
