Leverage technical product knowledge in industrial automation and mobile robotics, manage CAPEX/OPEX and RaaS sales models, and maintain customer-first, collaborative problem-solving and strong negotiation throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- BE or B.Tech in Mechanical
Engineering, ECE or Industrial engineering
- MBA in Marketing
- With 10+ years of Sales and Marketing experience
in manufacturing domain, automotive, white goods , FMCG industry, consultative
/solution selling, industrial automation B2B sales (Machine automation, Motion
control automation ,material handling automation) etc. Must
have Experience in RAAS Based selling (Robots
as a service); CAPEX and OPEX Model
- Background in mobile robotics solution
sales within manufacturing, e-commerce, or 3PL sectors.
- Customer First: Operate with customer success
mind set and align all our actions accordingly.
- Collaborative problem solving: Organisation
interest supersedes individual interests; working together to solve problems
effectively.
- Ownership & Commitment: Going above &
beyond the call of duty while also keeping up with the promises & targets
under any circumstances.
- Understanding of the Sales Process (from Suspect
to Order)
