We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our rapidly expanding team of seasoned finance professionals. The Accounting Associate will report to the Sr. Finance Manager and play an important role in helping shape the accounting team as the company grows. This role presents an incredible learning opportunity and will include exposure to a variety of accounting processes and business process optimization (for the US parent company and our India subsidiary) in a global, fast-paced, and growing environment.

You Will:

  • Process vendor invoices and payments
  • Generate customer invoices, apply cash receipts, and support collections efforts
  • Perform a variety of month-end close activities, bookkeeping activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Assist with financial statement preparation, external audits, and other special projects
  • Assist with process improvements and documentation
  • File GST returns and TDS returns.
  • Assist with the payroll.

You’ll Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
  • Prior accounting experience and US-based company experience preferred
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new financial systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Sense of urgency, hands-on approach, and “go-getter” attitude
