Role Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts professional with 3–4 years of experience, preferably in E-commerce or startup environments. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to end-to-end finance operations, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Manage end-to-end AP and AR processes
- Vendor invoice processing, reconciliation, and timely payments
- Customer invoicing, collections, and ageing analysis
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
Treasury Management:
- Monitor daily cash flow and fund requirements
- Manage banking transactions, payments, and liquidity planning
- Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders
Payroll Processing:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage statutory deductions, reimbursements, and employee queries
MIS & Reporting:
- Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries
- Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to management
Audit & Compliance:
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Ensure timely audit closure with proper documentation
- Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Implement tools/processes to streamline finance operations
SOP Development:
- Frame, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and best practices
Requirements
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Hands-on experience in AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, and MIS
- Experience in audit handling and closure
- Exposure to automation tools and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
