What you’ll do

The position sits at the core of the Ad Operations Team and enables the smooth execution of digital media campaigns, ensuring that assets and trackers are correctly implemented, and issues are promptly addressed and resolved. The Ad Operations Executive will be using a variety of ad tech platforms and will work together with internal teams and external partners, allowing them to acquire a deep knowledge of the online advertising industry in general and the programmatic space. As the department, and business, are growing rapidly there is scope for you to really make this role your own.

As an Ad Operations Executive in our Ad Ops Department, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Upload creatives and implementing third-party trackers
  • Implement blocking and monitoring solutions from ad verification partners
  • Troubleshoot creative, campaign and tracking issues
  • Assist the Trading and Account Management teams with ad hoc requests
  • Create tutorials for internal use

Who are your stakeholders? 

  • Internally the Ad Operations team works in synergy with the account management and trading teas to ensure that campaigns go live on time and run smoothly.
  • Externally the Ad Operations team might liaise with direct clients and advertising agencies to troubleshoot creative or tracking issues in a timely manner and minimize disruptions to the delivery of campaigns.

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving, willingness to explore
  • Effective communication skills with internal teams and external partners
  • A learning mindset and curiosity for new processes and ad serving technologies
  • Ability to think independently when approaching new issues and propose solutions
  • Knowledge of Excel and HTML; programming languages a plus

What impact will you create? 

Uploading creatives across the platforms we use is crucial to set campaigns live. Implementing trackers allows clients to monitor the success of the activities and MiQ to build valuable campaign insights. Uploading creatives and implementing trackers correctly ensures that campaigns run smoothly. Completing the required tasks within the agreed SLA ensures that activities go live on time. Troubleshooting creative and tracking issues allows to quickly identify and solve any problem that might affect the campaign delivery.
