Facilities Executive will assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. This role involves supporting facility management activities, overseeing maintenance schedules, managing vendor relationships, and handling basic administrative tasks related to facilities operations
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily operations of the facility, including managing space utilization and ensuring the facility meets safety and operational standards.
- Assist in ensuring the proper maintenance of the facility, including cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Partner with vendor for Cab services and follow the state protocol of late-night movement of employees.
- Liaise with Commercial Admin team to manage admin, access and building maintenance related tasks.
- Coordinate office activities and manage administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Manage the onboarding formalities of new hires.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Workspace planning for employees and any other requirements.
- Organize travel bookings, accommodation, itineraries and transportation for executives and leadership team including the global team.
- Manage events like townhall, leadership visits or any other key events at the location
- Manage and execute engagement events for venues, logistics and F&B like annual employee event.
- Manage and execute office celebrations like Christmas, Diwali, Community Day, etc.
- Manage admin budgets and work on annual AFP plan.
- Prepare and monitor budgets for administrative expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to administrative matters, fostering a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in administration to continually improve processes and procedures.
