Finance Global Business Services (GBS) in Bangalore, established in 2007, supports Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Commercial Analytics, Financial Planning & Analytics for Headquarters in Denmark, Region Europe, North America, International Operations & Global Service Centre Bangalore. Commercial Analytics, part of Finance GBS since June 2013, consists of dedicated analytics professionals providing best-in-class analytical services and insights to the global organization. We aim to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to processes through standardization and efficiency.
The position
As an Advanced Power BI Developer at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards. Perform data visualization and reporting. Conduct data analysis and generate insights.
  • Build subject knowledge during transitions to drive projects independently. Understand business priorities and challenges to provide relevant solutions. Present insights in BI dashboards and create key visuals for business.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align on priorities. Identify ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Display an inclusive mindset and respect the diversity across team members. Ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high-end quality support.
  • Foster a positive team spirit within the GBS Commercial Analytics department and share best practices to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and actively contribute to an exceptional team by understanding business requirements and delivering impactful results.


Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Overall 7+ years of experience in the commercial domain.
  • 4+ years of proficient experience in developing advanced visualisation and dashboard designing from scratch with Power BI.
  • Experience working with Databricks and SQL databases.
  • Ability to work on DAX Studio and Power Apps.
  • Certifications in business intelligence tools like Power BI.
  • Knowledge of the pharma industry and experience with commercial projects.
