Position Summary
- Maintain and manage Enterprise applications (Jira Cloud Enterprise/Premium, Jira Data Center, Manage Engine and qTest).
- Provide and revoke the application access.
- Create the customised projects based up on the Team requirements.
- Write automations or Script listeners Using Groovy or Python
- Build the customisation reports for Management.
- Evaluate additional add-ons and Install in the applications.
- Agile management and administration and Portfolio management and administration.
Proactively monitor applications for security and performance issues.
