About the department
The Research & Early Development, Digital Data (DD)&IT department at Novo Nordisk is a global team that partners with the R&ED Line of Business to achieve scientific aspirations. We provide timely, best-in-class, regulated and non-regulated IT solutions, infrastructure, and system management across the R&ED value chain. With over 800 employees, our department consists of Agile DevOps members, System Managers, Validation SMEs, cloud engineers, and Business Analysts. The position
As an Advanced System Manager I at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, service providers and other stakeholders.
- Incident, change and release management
- Perform System Management tasks i.e. End to End life cycle management of the IT system
- Responsible for the delivery of system and support services and ensuring that they meet business requirements.
- Employee is expected to act independently to ensure all aspects of meeting quality levels on system user satisfaction, system owner interactions/stakeholder management and relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree with 6+ years of experience and proficiency within IT
- 4+ years of working in pharmaceutical industry or regulatory industry.
- Strong experience in ITIL -Change and Release Management along with incident and problem management.
- Strong compliance understanding and documentation experience (preferably knowledge on GxP).
- Global stakeholder management experience.
- Experienced, preferably as a system manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Preferably knowledge on Agile ways of working.
- Experienced in the use of office desktop applications and tools.
- Knowledge on compliance, validation, and documentation.
- High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
