The position
As an Advanced System Manager II for BIM (Building Information Models) GxP Critical IT Systems, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage 3D BIM systems ensuring their stable operation and compliance. Drive 3D BIM projects, including implementation and lifecycle management.
- Own the system budget and oversee yearly system management activities.
- Show proactiveness and ownership with a high level of engagement. Manage stakeholders, and vendors effectively. Act as a SME towards LoB (Line of Business) and support them with technical clarification including troubleshooting.
- Responsible for systems compliance and support of systems audits, review and approval of central test protocols and reports. Ensure preparation and maintenance of SLA between relevant Global IT and Local Site departments.
- Actively participate in system management forums. Manage project management-related activities. Manage client and server-side patch management.
- Coordinate change, incident, and release management. Act as a consultant for the services to manage an IT system.
Qualifications
We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree or similar graduate degree in relevant fields (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) and relevant business experience.
- Overall 8+ years of IT experience. 5+ years of experience with IT Systems management in a large and matrix organization. Experience with GxP systems is along with strong understanding of IT system architecture and day-to-day business operations.
- Experience in handling/managing end-to-end systems/applications, incident, problem, change expertise, and participating in audits (internal and external) is highly preferred.
- Experienced in ITIL and SNOW. Active participation in system management and change & release management forums.
- Knowledge of Service Level Agreements, Operational Level Agreements, and best practices in service management.
- Proactive attitude with a high level of engagement and ownership.
- Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to coach and share knowledge with team members. Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct training sessions.

The Digital, Data & IT India team is a group of 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. Our department is responsible for managing IT, including System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management, and Vendor Management.
