Job Description:Role Overview
What You’ll do:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clear and tracked
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact across teams—keeping communication tight and momentum high
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, success metrics, and resource needs
- Facilitate team meetings, project kick-offs, and regular check-ins to drive progress
- Identify and mitigate risks early — and keep leadership informed with meaningful updates
- Create and maintain documentation, including project plans, trackers, and retrospectives
- Continuously look for ways to streamline processes, improve team collaboration, and deliver better outcomes
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment (tech, creative, operations, or similar preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset - you don't wait for problems to show up
- Ability to switch between the big picture and the tiny details with ease
- Comfortable using tools like Smartsheet, Airtable, Jira, or whatever helps the team stay aligned
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - you'll be working with people across all levels
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- A natural sense of ownership, accountability, and drive
