The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Backend or Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and usability.

As an AEM Back End Developer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements.
  • Integrating AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods.
  • Optimizing AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies.
  • Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Documenting technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Your Skills and Expertise
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3 years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, or government environment.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 3 years of experience as an AEM Developer, including custom component development and integration with AEM platform.
  • 3 years of experience of Java, HTL, JavaScript and other relevant technologies used in AEM development.
  • 3 years of experience with AEM Core Components and AEM Touch UI development.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Skills include
    • Experience with Akeneo PIM
    • Experience with Algolia
    • Experience with CI/CD processes.
    • Experience with Jira and Confluence
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
