Agentic AI Product Manager at Skyfall AI
Job Overview:
As the Agentic AI Product Manager, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of a groundbreaking chat‑first enterprise platform that leverages advanced conversational AI. In this role, you will work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, UX designers, and cross‑functional teams to build an AI‑first product that not only delivers intuitive chat interfaces but also incorporates rigorous performance benchmarks and custom training/testing workflows. Your leadership will be key to transforming enterprise communications and workflow automation through AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and articulate a clear, long‑term product vision for a chat‑first enterprise solution that leverages conversational AI
Develop a strategic roadmap with measurable benchmarks (e.g., model accuracy, user engagement) to guide product iterations
AI Enablement & Data Strategy:
Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to design and implement benchmarking protocols and curate high‑quality training and testing datasets
Oversee the development of AI workflows that integrate model training, testing, and continuous improvement into the product lifecycle
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both AI model performance and overall product success
Use data‑driven insights to refine user experience and drive product improvements
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or AI‑driven product environments
Proven expertise in managing AI/ML products—including hands-on experience with benchmarks, dataset curation, and workflow integrations
Strong technical fluency in natural language processing, conversational AI, and related technologies
