Duties• Transform data insights into actionable strategies that deliver lasting value and transform customer experiences.• Drive innovative solutions that improve customer interactions with our products.• Conduct research in collaboration with domain experts to inform product development and strategy.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and security are integral to all processes and solutions.• Define, monitor, and communicate success metrics for products• Solve complex problems using cutting-edge technologies, including AI, data, and cloud solutions.
Required• Proficiency in Data, AI, and Cloud Technologies and deriving insights from data.• Strong problem-solving abilities for enterprise-scale challenges.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead change.• Strategic thinking and change management skills• Experience in managing global digital product release strategies.• Product management experience, including planning, budget management, team management, and deployment.
Desired• Entrepreneurial experience in product management, especially with startups or launching new products.• Sales and marketing experience in digital products• Strong interest in digital workspace solutions and a belief in the potential for technology to enhance the employee experience.
Education• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Technology related discipline.
