We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Content & Knowledge Management Specialist to act as the final editorial authority for all outbound content. This role combines AI-driven content operations, editorial excellence, and internal knowledge management to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across the organization.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Editorial & Content Governance
- Serve as the final editorial checkpoint for all outbound content
- Ensure alignment with brand voice, tone, and messaging standards
- Edit and refine AI-generated content to meet E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards
- Eliminate fluff, verify facts, and maintain high content quality
- Enforce internal style guides across all external communications
🔹 AI Content Operations
- Utilize and manage Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Gemini and ChatGPT
- Scale content production efficiently using AI tools
- Optimize content workflows for quality and consistency
🔹 Policy, SOP & Compliance Management
- Assist in building and maintaining company-wide policies and SOPs
- Ensure alignment with compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, CMMI principles)
- Track and follow up on compliance requirements across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, IT)
🔹 Knowledge Management & Documentation
- Act as an internal journalist by interviewing subject matter experts
- Document processes, workflows, and best practices accurately
- Maintain version control of internal knowledge base/wiki
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date, structured, and accessible
