Your ImpactAs a Technical Writer, you will lead the technical content strategy of documentation and the umbrella of technical documentation. You will work closely with product, and marketing in creating endearing technical documentation that entices developers and data scientists.
You will lead a team of ML analysts to create the best representation of the product as Documentation, API guides, API interfaces, SDK documentation, technical blogs and technical tutorials.
Driving SEO and SEM for the technical documentation content of the platform and evangelizing technical content to prospective developers and data scientists working with the Product and Marketing departments.
Your OpportunityWe’re looking for someone to champion developer and data scientist success through world-class technical content. You’ll own the full documentation ecosystem — from API and SDK guides to tutorials, FAQs, troubleshooting, and release notes — ensuring clarity, accuracy, and discoverability. You will:
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, and engaging documentation (guides, manuals, blogs, release notes, API docs)
- Collaborate with engineers, AI/ML specialists, and product managers to translate complex concepts into usable content
- Create tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to help users solve problems with our AI/ML products
- Own documentation standards, style guides, and templates for consistency and usability
- Regularly update docs to reflect product changes, publish changelogs, and ensure SEO-optimized practices
- Manage the documentation hub (e.g., Confluence, portals) to be accurate, engaging, easy to navigate, and aesthetically polished
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and developer experience
- Partner with Marketing to drive technical content strategy and traffic
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong technical writing and communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in content marketing and SEO/SEM tools (GA4, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush).
- Hands-on experience creating content in Markdown/HTML; comfortable with tech stacks
- Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization and work closely with engineers and AI/ML teams
- Strong interest in AI/ML, cloud computing, and data-driven marketing
- Ability to create technical content across formats (docs, blogs, videos, design files)
- Python scripting skills
- Experience with video creation tools (OBS Studio, Filmora)
- Knowledge of the AI ecosystem
- Persuasive writing and influencing skills

- You have a positive can-do attitude and are adaptable to evolving business objectives
