As an Analyst - Control Manager - Program within the Corporate & Investment Bank Markets Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for executing Quality Assurance tests on in-scope Markets processes, documenting findings, and discussing results with the London team and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance within the financial services industry. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and previous QA experience will be highly valuable in this role. We value strong interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills, and the ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities. Job Responsibilities
- Executing Quality Assurance tests on in-scope Markets processes, including gathering data from source systems and functions, analyzing the data, and comparison versus procedures and standards.
- Documenting the findings in the agreed format, highlighting any issues with accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and discussing the results with London team, stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- At least 1+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelors' degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Communication/presentation - excellent written and oral communication skills
- Networking - strong interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills. Client-service focused team player who operates with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Organization - attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Critical thinking and analytical skills - identify Issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations to address root cause and mitigate operational risk to the firm. Knows when to escalate matters for appropriate resolution
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Previous Quality Assurance experience desirable
- Business experience in the financial services industry or background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management and compliance preferred.
