- Drive daily huddle, allocation with team, share updates and own shift hand-offs.
- Gather appropriate information: prioritize, organize, quantify and qualify resources as needed to ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met.
- Learn all functions of process and assist with escalated issues that require additional research. Model high quality guest service and respond to all issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing training modules and providing training where needed. Be the single point of contact for all training needs for the team & measure the effectiveness of training.
- Evaluate and analyze existing processes, systems for accuracy and usability, providing suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Respond to all queries and workload in a fast and courteous manner. Utilize on-line resources for fast, accurate information regarding job functions and procedural changes.
- Perform routine quality audit for the team, identify trends and share insights to larger team.
- Embrace changes to team rosters across shifts including weekend & peak
- Complete the necessary documentation essential for retrieving information to meet team member, field, or external client requests.
- Owning updation of governance tools for team
- Assist with identifying, developing and implementing improvements to existing processes to enhance TM experience and simplify HR delivery.
- Drive automation / re-engineering projects.
- Assist with data integrity or discrepancy issues as necessary that require follow-up with team members.
- Work closely with leaders and business partners from both India and US on projects. Communicate progress regularly.
- Lead cyclical projects through effective partnership leading to timely completion
- Be resilient to system changes, adapt fast and deliver result.
- Maintain performance standards, both in production and quality of service.
- Work closely with Minneapolis team on new work transition, determine best training approach, share insights on process risk and opportunities.
- Maintaining and supporting Service Delivery during BCP situations for all critical worksets.
- Build and sustain specialized teams
- Explore opportunities to build newer capabilities
- Develop consulting as a skill to become thought partners for your team and stakeholders.
- Participate in application testing, share experiences, insights and learnings.
- Assertively channelizing the efforts to develop and improve business skills, critical thinking and creative reasoning.

Requirements
- Graduate with 5+ years of US Payroll experience
- Strong working knowledge of end to end US payroll and taxation
- Demonstrated success in areas of work quality and guest service
- Knowledge of HR & Payroll systems, preferably Workday
- Ability to execute in collaborative environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills & good team player
- Strong analytical, innovative and problem solving skills
- Strong guest service and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks; strong organizational skills
- Proficient with MS Office Package with advance MS Excel knowledge
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of personnel information
- Ability to manage and motivate team members
