Job Title:Analyst - Tech CoE Support
Summary:This position will work closely with the Technology CoE to assist/support data management & analysis in creating real time actionable insights.
Responsibilities Include:

Assist in preparing creative enhancements for new IP Management tool working closely with the IT Team that assists in integrating Sales, Finance and legal tracker information with the IP management tool

Facilitate seamless connectivity of IP information in the share point, contract database, competitor data and NPI information and create actionable insights visible on a real time dashboard.

Work closely with the IP Team on creative enhancements in information management that would enable handling large volumes of IP data of Momentive as well as that of competition in the most efficient manner and in generating automated insights that could be utilized to facilitate innovation and strategic decision making.

Extend capabilities of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to IP data Management of Momentive, working closely with the IP Technology Team and Momentive IT Team

Attend to any other data handling/management support as requested by Technology CoE

Deliver periodic reporting for various user groups, as requested

Work closely in handling and resolving queries from business in a timely manner

Assist /drive standardization/ automation initiatives for the process
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
-
Min 5-8 years of experience in an industrial / technology finance setting, preferably managing data analysis, reporting and automation

Advanced SAP, MS Office specifically Excel, Power-BI, Tableau etc. will be must
Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix environment

Strong ability to handle large volumes of data and be able to summarize/present in a meaningful manner

Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
