Job Description:

Role and Responsibility include all or few of the following:

• Maintaining accounting books in Indian GAAP & US GAAP separately as per accounting requirements of respective GAAP
• Play an active role in the month, quarter and year-end close.
• Ensure all month-end activities are completed within the agreed time & of the highest quality.
• Verify and process Employee reimbursement & Travel bills against HR Policies and accounting accordingly in ERP.
• Day to Day vendor Invoice processing after ensuring required approvals are available.
• Experience in Fixed asset & Depreciation accounting.
• Making an ageing report for release the payment to Vendors.
• Preparing Payment Forecast (Weekly/Monthly) for Budgeting.
• Clearing of Vendor balances and Keep track of employee advances.
• Amortization of prepaid expenses and expense provisions monthly
• Accounts Payable General Ledger review. 
• Knowledge & Experience of TDS /GST returns & statutory remittances.
• Bank Reconciliation, Debtors & Creditors reconciliation
• To handle Internal Audit, Statutory Audit & Tax Audit with big four audit firms 
• Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Experience in any accounting ERP is a must.
• Experience in STPI activities will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and have a strong understanding of accounting systems and concepts.
• Must possess strong & effective written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
