About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Angular Developer with a strong background in Angular, TypeScript, and web development to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality, scalable frontend solutions. The ideal candidate will guide technical development, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely project delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Develop and review Angular code, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Write unit tests and perform comprehensive code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on latest Angular features, tools, and methodologies, sharing best practices with the team.
- Extensive experience with Angular, TypeScript, and related web development technologies.
- Proven track record of leading a team in delivering large-scale software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Lead team meetings, coordinate project schedules, and set priorities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical support.
- Act as the technical owner of projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Develop code, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Demonstrable Angular development experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong team-player attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and focused on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior talent effectively.
