Job Title : AP Specialist
Job Location : Remote
Job Shift : US PST Shift (8pm-5am, IST)
We're currently looking for an AP Specialist to join us and expand our team. Responsibilities and Duties
- Match, verify, code and process inventory and expense invoices
- Reconcile and resolve disputes and variances with suppliers
- Collaborate with purchasing and receiving to reconcile and resolve unvouchered receiving items
- Answer vendor questions regarding AP
- Receive, verify, and process cash, cheques, or online payments from customers and employees
- Assist in day-to-day activities
- AP and AR G/L account reconciliations and analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-7 years of A/P experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience of working on Net Suite & Google Suite
- Good work ethic; team player
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients
- Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision after training
- Strong knowledge of A/P, P2P, invoicing, collections follow-up process, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Comfortable communicating via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
