What You Will Be Doing- Tending to the everyday requests and questions from Elasticians on NetSuite and additional systems
- Administrative tasks on NetSuite, including but not limited to company settings, employee access management, form edits, Saved Search support, Financial Reporting Support, and workflows
- 3rd party bundle management and coordination of testing associated with bundle upgrades
- Working closely with Sr. Admins to identify risk areas and opportunities for system enhancements
- Participating in our agile development process with our team of NetSuite administrators & developers to design, test, and implement new features on NetSuite
- Supporting all Finance Systems including Concur (expense management), Avalara (tax management), RevPro (revenue recognition), and Stripe (payment processing) plus involvement in standard SOX control management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field preferred
- Think in terms of simplicity and scalability when managing enterprise platforms
- Have a knack for listening and interpreting user requirements and then turning them into action
- Excellent organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- NetSuite certification(s)
- Working knowledge of General computer controls around Logical Access and Change management for publicly traded companies
- Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP/CRM systems
