We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on GenAI Engineer to join our team. This role demands a combination of deep technical expertise and strong business engagement skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions while serving as the primary point of contact with business stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Design GenAI solutions leveraging technologies like ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Pinecone, OCR, NLP, and Machine Learning models.
- Oversee development of web portals and integrations with enterprise systems (SAP, ERP, Outlook, APIs, databases, and data platforms).
- Guide deployment and scaling of solutions using AWS, Python, React, and modern cloud-native practices.
- Ensure best practices in architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct requirements gathering, solution scoping, and feasibility assessments.
- Demonstrate existing capabilities to business partners and propose new solutions tailored to their needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable project plans.
- Work closely with developers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the team.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with:
- Generative AI platforms: ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Copilot Studio, Pinecone
- NLP/OCR technologies and Machine Learning frameworks
- Web development: Python, React, REST APIs, integrations
- Cloud deployments (AWS preferred)
- Databases and data platforms
- Proven experience in application/solution architecture and design.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, ERP, Outlook, and third-party APIs.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to create and present demos, technical proposals, and solution roadmaps.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
