Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the development and implementation of new features
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript
- Knowledge of modern JavaScript ES6+ features

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
- A BE degree is required
