As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) to ensure the successful delivery of impactful data-driven solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team.
- Utilize your expertise in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) to ensure the successful delivery of impactful data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, utilizing your strong communication and leadership skills.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Packaged Application Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori.
- Strong understanding of Packaged Application Development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Solid grasp of data management and governance principles.
- Experience with data migration and archiving strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Packaged Application Development with a focus on SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
