As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the development of high-quality solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM, including data retention, archiving, and deletion policies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Data Archiving and SAP ILM Retention Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP data retention, archiving, and deletion policies.
- Experience with SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM implementation and configuration.
- Experience with SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM integration with other SAP modules.
- Solid grasp of SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM best practices and standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
