Summary:
As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using OpenText ECM Tools. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using OpenText ECM Tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other ECM tools such as Documentum, Alfresco, or SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Solid grasp of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
