Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design and development of applications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Identify and address technical challenges in the development process.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Strong understanding of big data processing and analysis.
- Experience with data manipulation and transformation using PySpark.
- Hands-on experience in building scalable data pipelines.
- Knowledge of distributed computing and parallel processing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
