Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and collaborating with multiple teams to make key decisions. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing solutions to problems, and ensuring effective communication between teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and develop and deploy reliable and efficient Payroll solutions for complex business and standard legal requirements. Defining system requirements in collaboration with project delivery teams and business partners, creating detailed functional specifications, system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, User Acceptance, and deployment solution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have Skills: SAP Payroll (International Payroll project Implementation Experience )
- Good to Have Skills: S4 Hana Implementation experience in SAP HCM space.
- Expert knowledge in Payroll and Time PCR’s and Schema’s and good Payroll and taxation Knowledge & End Activities.
- At least 3 to 4 SAP Payroll implementation project experience, should have experience in large scale support project.
- Good at Time management configuration.
- Strong Business process knowledge.
- Liaise directly with Business owners to diagnose problems with existing SAP Payroll programs or and provide Root Cause analysis for the issues independently.
- Good to have experience working in payroll of US, Canada, Chile, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Great Britain.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
- A 15 years full-time education is required
