Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications function smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, working diligently to maintain system integrity and enhance user experience across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with database management and data integrity practices. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
