Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of applications, ensuring that any potential issues are addressed before they impact business operations. Your role will also require you to document findings and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base that supports continuous improvement in application support processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure software quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform testing strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
