Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system elements to maintain service reliability and support business continuity through effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Hands-on experience in L2/L3 support and configuration of Chromeleon CDS, including incident troubleshooting and resolution
Proven expertise in Chromeleon CDS configuration, maintenance, and change management
Strong understanding of chromatography systems operations in regulated (GxP) laboratory environments
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and support methodologies.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
