What you will be doing
- AS400 Senior developer with Production Support/Batch support experience min 6-10 Years.
- Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. (Code must be used in core version of applications available for sale commercially.)
- Handles L2 support for production banks to assist with nightly jobs.
- Works as a developer with Scrum team/Kanban team on enhancements and defects.
- Performs analysis, issue re-creation, and peer code review.
- Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
- Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
- Hands-on experience of forming and executing SQL queries on IBMi DB2.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring
- 6-10 years of core banking experience, working in BFSI domain/Captive development centers/Product companies.
- Experience in requirements analysis, identification of business impacts.
- Exposure in conducting/participating in product demonstrations and assessment studies.
- Excellent communication skills - consistency and ease in discussions with leadership team of banks and in-house development teams.
- Must understand the nuances and dynamics of banking.
- Must have working experience in Agile.
