ASIC Technical Program Manager

ASIC Program Manager with experience in ASIC development and management. This person will coordinate project deliverables across cross-functional teams within Micron. The candidate for this position must have prior experience of managing ASIC development projects with good understanding of all phases of ASIC development including architecture specifications, RTL design, design verification, synthesis, PnR, final integration and silicon validation. The candidate must have good understanding of system on chip (SoC) products .

The candidate must be a self-starter with excellent project planning and management skills in areas of estimation, schedule planning, milestone dependency tracking.

Job requirements:

• BS/BEE in Electrical /Electronics Engineering with 7+ years' experience.
• ASIC SoC design development experience
• Proven track record of managing delivery of ASIC products
• Strong understanding of ASIC design flow
• Risk Management, Ensures Change control and development reviews
• Familiar with Fusa certification requirements and implementation processes
• Experience with ISO 26262 implementation will be a plus
• Experience in coordinating programs across multiple organizations including experience with global organizations
• Expert user of Project management tools
• Track record of program management performance
