  • Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description:

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Understand project scope / business and existing process methodology and enhance Product Quality by defining and executing Quality Plan in accordance with organizational QMS and ASPICE standards.

    • Execute the Responsibilities of SW Quality Assurance Manager in the assigned projects with a goal of reaching ASPICE CL 2

    • Perform Process Compliance checks and deploy best practices across projects

    • Support for Process Harmonization and Process Improvements in the department QMS activities

    • Define , deploy and track relevant KPI’s applicable to the projects

    • Perform assessments/ audits and Software Maturity reviews.

    • Manage, execute and track quality activities (including Release Management)

    • Conduct periodic meetings with all internal stakeholders to ensure planned quality activities performed.

    • Conduct Process Trainings on QMS, ASPICE, AGILE approach

    • Generate MSR covering all aspects or parameters of Project / Product Quality and report to the management

    Basic Qualification:

    Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/Information Technology

    Skill Requirements:

    • 0 to 3 years of experience in Quality Management practices supporting embedded system/ Software development projects

    • Practical Knowledge on Automotive SPICE/CMMi, ISO 26262 requirements and Experience on AGILE Way of Working (SCRUM, KANBAN...)

    • Experience on usage of Tools i.e. JIRA, Confluence, RedMine, ALM tools and to define workflows

    • Process Definition, deployment and harmonization experience

    • KPIs definitions and analysis experience (e.g. in SDLC V Model, SCRUM ...)

    • Must possess the skills to work and take Q-initiatives, Lead or contribute in CFT...

    • Exposure in performing internal audits based on ISO standards & ASPICE Assessment

    • Good communication & interpersonal skills, Go–Getter and stakeholder management

    • Provisional ASPICE Assessor having practical assessment and process implementation experience on behalf of ASPICE Level 3

    • Certified SCRUM Master (PSM/ CSM) or know-how on AGILE ASPICE Integrated approach
