Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced ASPICE Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the quality of our software development projects in accordance with ASPICE standards.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand project scope, business, and existing process methodology to enhance product quality.
2. Define and execute Quality Plans in accordance with organizational QMS and ASPICE standards.
3. Perform Process Compliance checks and deploy best practices across projects.
4. Support Process Harmonization and Process Improvements in the department QMS activities.
5. Define, deploy, and track relevant KPIs applicable to projects.
6. Perform assessments/audits and Software Maturity reviews.
7. Manage, execute, and track quality activities (including Release Management).
8. Conduct periodic meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure planned quality activities are performed.
Mandatory Skill:
1. Practical knowledge of Automotive SPICE, CMMi, ISO 26262 requirements, and AGILE way of working (SCRUM, KANBAN).
2. Experience with quality management practices supporting embedded system/software development projects.
3. Knowledge of process definition, deployment, and harmonization.
4. Experience with KPI definitions and analysis (e.g., SDLC V Model, SCRUM).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Provisional ASPICE Assessor with practical assessment and process implementation experience.
7. Certified SCRUM Master (PSM/CSM) or knowledge of AGILE ASPICE Integrated approach.
Preferred Skill:
- ASPICE Certification is preferred
