As a APAC Digital Product Owner - Senior Associate in the Asset Management Marketing - Web Experience & New Product Experience team, you will define and execute the product vision and strategy for New Product Experience (NPE) on web and mobile. You will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage the product backlog, and ensure seamless delivery of web features that showcase our funds and performance data. Your role is pivotal in aligning our digital strategy with business priorities and enhancing our web presence across APAC.
Job responsibilities

• Shape and align the NPE product vision and strategy for the web, meeting the needs of asset management and APAC stakeholders
• Manage new initiatives to align with APAC business priorities, including and not limited to ETF and all the products prioritized to launches across the APAC region
• Collaborate with the Global Product Owner to create user stories, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog
• Act as the key liaison for APAC stakeholders, integrating their requirements into the product roadmap
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and plan releases for NPE updates, ensuring smooth deployment of features
• Host APAC region cabinet meetings to align teams, communicate updates, and iterate on NPE based on stakeholder feedback
• Ensure the web experience contains the latest materials based on business and regulatory needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proven experience with at least 8 years of experience in digital product management, particularly in web experiences, mobile and AI
• Strong understanding of asset management and APAC market dynamics
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release planning
• Ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog effectively
• Basic HTML and Web experience and knowledge

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Knowledge on Mutual Funds and ETF logistics in asset management field
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in APAC markets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus
• Be innovative and up to date with latest technology and digital trends
• Basic knowledge and knowhow on AI and automations
