Asset Servicing Analyst - Corporate Actions

As an Analyst in the Asset Servicing Team, you will have the opportunity to participate in innovation projects and help define the future of Operations along the way. Your key focus in each of those areas is to ensure that business activities are carried out in an efficient, controlled, and timely manner by understanding, reviewing, and implementing processes, systems, and procedures in the context of a growing business with increasingly complex product offering.
Job responsibilities:

• Manage the entire life cycle for Corporate Actions, Income and Proxy
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures
• Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations
• Identify, evaluate, and deliver process improvement initiatives
• Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date
• Monitor and chase queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations
• Take process trainings for new joiners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Graduate with with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong client focus: adhering to response times and maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Leadership skills: collaborate with and lead others by influence, with decision-making and problem-solving aptitude.
• Assertiveness: willingness and ability to challenge the status quo and express opinions.
• Strong interpersonal skills: build effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.
• Adaptability: perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
• Control-oriented and risk awareness: understand operational risks to reduce risk profile.
• End-to-end process knowledge and SME assistance in key projects.
• Handle miscellaneous process requests and assist with research and investigation.
• Document procedures, identify additional control requirements, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Knowledge of AI tools like Alteryx, Signavio, Tableau etc. would be an added advantage.
